Athens 1900 - Nikos Panagiotopoulos makes his first professional
steps in the space of leather goods, creating the first
industry of leather goods manufacturing in all of Greece,
which accomplishes to send exports to all of Europe. Initially
it produces leather wallets and gloves. In 1922,
they are awarded for their high quality and exceptional
aesthetics of their products the international report
of leather types of France. In 1959, Spiros Panagiotopolulos
founds the leather store “BETTINI” which is
at the same address presently, Mitropoleos 16. In 1980,
his son Nikos Panagiotopoulos undertakes the enterprise.
